While RESPIRA™ nasal strips are generally a safe option for most users, there are a few considerations to keep in mind. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, it’s advisable to perform a patch test on a small area of skin before applying the strip to your entire nose. Additionally, individuals with pre-existing medical conditions such as asthma or COPD should consult with a healthcare professional before using breathing strips. RESPIRA™ nasal strips are not recommended for children under 5 years of age.

If you’re looking for a stronger hold during intense workouts or while sleeping, consider our black or white strips.

Easy Application in 3 Steps:

    1.    Prepare: Begin with a clean, dry nose.

    2.    Apply: Peel off the backing and center the strip over the bridge of your nose. Press firmly along the sides to ensure it adheres securely. Hold for 10 seconds for the best grip.

    3.    Remove: When finished, gently peel the strip off starting from both ends.

Pro Tip: Use warm water to help loosen the adhesive for easier removal.
