We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I return an item?

We understand that returns can be inconvenient, and we aim to make the process as easy as possible for you.

We will respond within 48 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the package.

 

Exchanging an Item

We offer free exchanges to ensure you get exactly what you need. To start the exchange process, follow these simple steps:

1. Place a new order for the items you wish to exchange for.

2. Send us an email at: hello@itsrespira.com, and we will send you a return label and issue an immediate refund.

Note: To exchange an item, the new order must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Return Costs

Free returns on orders over 390 NOK.

For returns under 390 NOK that do not involve an exchange, the return cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The cost is 89 NOK.

Please note that these costs only apply if you use our return solution/label.

There are no fees if you choose to return items at your own expense.
Our goal is to make the return process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

 

When will I receive my refund?

We understand how important it is for you to receive your money quickly.

Your return will be processed within 2 weeks from the date you drop off the package at the post office, and the refund will be issued to the same account or payment method used at the time of purchase.
