1.    Prepare: Begin with a clean surface! Wash your lips and the surrounding area with soap and water. Thoroughly dry them with a towel or allow them to air dry. This helps ensure optimal adhesion throughout the night.

2.  Apply: Peel off the backing and place the tape over your closed lips, ensuring a comfortable fit. Press firmly around the mouth to secure it in place.

3. Remove: In the morning, gently loosen the tape with your tongue before peeling it downward to protect your skin and ensure a painless removal.

Pro Tip: Warm water can help loosen the adhesive for easier removal.

While mouth tape is generally safe for most people, it should not be used if you have breathing or heart conditions, nasal congestion, are under the influence of alcohol or sedatives, experiencing vomiting, or have highly sensitive skin, sunburn, or sores around the mouth.
